I purchased the lifetime membership in 2005 or 2006. It has now been over ten years since I last used the account.

Repeatedly I have sent email after email, requesting that they look up my account either by name, phone number, or another way.

The response that I have been getting is for me to show them proof of purchase.

I have asked why they cannot search for my account by other means, no response.

I informed them that the account was created over ten years ago, and that my financial institution has records dated seven years back, no further.

Once again the response sent to me was: "We need any proof that payment has been made: either screenshot from credit card statement or confirmation email/receipt from your bank or the payment confirmation with transaction ID that we sent you at the time of purchase.

Only then we can find your payment and restore the access.

This has now been going on for over a month, I have requested a phone number to call - no response.

This Company is a Fraud, and does not honor their "Lifetime Membership".

My Advice to anyone thinking to join this site is to AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

Product or Service Mentioned: Actualtests Membership.

Reason of review:, will not honer the "Lifetime Membership"..

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: That i had access to the site up until the last two months.

I didn't like: Expected me to provide a 10 year old receipt, Deleted my lifetime account, Deleted my account then asked me to pay again, Ripeoff.
