Recently logged into actualtests.com to begin studying for an upcoming exam only to discover my lifetime membership was turned off. I purchased a lifetime subscription is October 2003.

When I checked My Invoices, it showed that I paid $99 on 10/17/2003 so I emailed support with a screenshot of the invoice and when I heard nothing back in 48hrs, I emailed again. They responded stating they needed proof of payment. When I logged into the site again, my invoice was gone. I emailed them again with the screenshot of the invoice and they still insist for a credit card statement or email.

Unfortunately, I closed both accounts withint the past 2 years so I have access to neither of them. I did manage to provide them with an order number but that wasn't good enough either.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

I'm I'm the same boat. Had subscription since 2006, log in last week and it's no longer there.

Messaged support and they want an invoice...

I've been divorced since and don't have this accounts anymore...And I don't have any emails to help.. it's ***

Same here. I provided them with all the invoices and even an email confirmation from a Exam Engine I bought earlier this year, and they still want proof of purchase for the Unlimited Lifetime Access from 2007.

This makes no sense because we would not even be able to access our members area unless we paid for our access at some point. They are just screwing all of us.
